Delete your Palate account

- Open Palate and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
No longer have the app installed?
You can request deletion without reinstalling Palate: email usepalate@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Palate account", sent from the email address your account uses. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and its associated data from our systems: your email address, first and last name, sign-in credentials, and your saved restaurants and videos. We may keep minimal records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, for no longer than necessary. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق
- افتح باليت وانتقل إلى تبويب الحساب.
- اضغط حذف الحساب.
- أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.
لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً لديك؟
يمكنك طلب الحذف دون إعادة تثبيت باليت: راسل usepalate@gmail.com بعنوان «احذف حسابي في باليت» من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك. نتحقق من الطلب ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف
حذف الحساب يزيل حسابك وبياناته المرتبطة من أنظمتنا نهائياً: بريدك الإلكتروني، اسمك الأول واسم العائلة، بيانات تسجيل الدخول، والمطاعم والفيديوهات المحفوظة. قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة عند الضرورة للأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزام القانوني، ولأقصر مدة لازمة فقط. البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك فقط تُزال عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
